I always celebrate Memorial Day with a BBQ. Our freedom is owed to our brave soldiers.

Since Memorial Day isn't really a happy holiday (more respectful and solemn since it honors the fallen servicemen and women) I'll assume those pigs were a sacrificial offering to Uncle Sam.

And come Veterans Day you can do it all again and invite some living service folks over to share them and a dip in the pool. Party!!

Its all good, and since Skippy served 26 years in the US Army I think we need one of those racks of ribs....FedEx?
