So I spent 6 hours setting up my ultra frame pool for its second season and when I started filling I noticed some water around the edges, so I got in to see whats up and of course found a very tiny hole on he bottom of the liner so I stop filling with water. I bought a patch kit but my question is should I keep filling then patch it or drain the water that's in it and patch it with the liner dry?

If it is a vinyl pool patch kit you should be able to do it with water in it. It is recomended you do a layer effect. Patch, then add anothe patch on top of it.
