Tiger Shark QC Cleaner Gettin Hung Up on Pool Drains

I purchased a Tiger Shark QC Model # RC9990GR on 5/7/2015. Love the product but I am having an issue that I hope can be solved. The unit is getting hung up on my pool drains. Not sure what to do. I turned off the pump thinking that the drain suction might be confusing the unit some how. Please advise hopefully there is a solution.

This is my 10th season with my Tiger Shark and have use Main Drain ramps since the my second year. They are a bit pricey though. I've seen some people report that the High Velocity Inlet stop their TS from getting hung on on the drains, so I gave it a try a few weeks back found that my TS still got stuck.
