Poolskim problem - Keeps creeping up

I have a 24' above ground with one skimmer and one return.

I am new to owning a pool and have learned a great deal lurking on this site.

I got my new Poolskim in and while it works great it seems that after some time the pressure from the return causes the entire unit to start to creep upward and eventually out of the water.

All the movement is at the inlet... Is it possible to tighten the inlet so it won't spin?

I try and hand tighten on side inside the pool but the other side just spins with it. Being that easy to just SPIN is what causes the Poolskim to be unstable and creep up.

What can I do?

Is there a nut or fitting on the outside of the pool that can be tightened? Is your pool hard plumbed or does it use hoses? A picture of the problem area would be helpful.
