The previous owner states that the light hasn't worked in some time. It is mounted in the deep end. I noticed the outer gasket that is attached to the actual globe part is all brittle and broken. Then there is a "plate" up against the wall. I could care less if the light works. I am just curious if it can leak with the outer gasket busted or if it would have to be the flat plate that is against the vinyl wall.
