Do you need to run the pump? I assume the answer is yes but probably not for as long as normal?

Are you using the SWCG? The pump needs to run at least as long as the SWCG needs to chlorinate the pool.
Are you manually adding chlorine? The pool still consumes chlorine when its cloudy and raining. You gotta keep the FC up. It uses less in these weather conditions, but it still uses it.
