Looking for some advice, I am in process of replacing my water walls in my Kayak pool. The replacement panels are 4x4 plywood sheets with aluminum face on one side. Well I made a boo boo cutting out my skimmer hole while matching new panel wall to old wall. So instead of the skimmer hole being about 30 inches from the corner it is 3 inches from the corner.
Some of my thoughts are, if I can get the liner to seal the location would be fine, since the corner is usually a dead spot for debris floating. However I am concerned that being that close to the corner that the liner may not be flat enough to maintain a good seal between the skimmer gaskets. Thoughts?
To order a new panel is like $75 plus full freight @ $145!
