Liquidator Air Leak

So I am getting air into my suction pump and I think I know what the problem is. one of my parts in the liquidator has broken a bit. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? Can I temporarily somehow close the holes I made to my liquidator to see if this is really the problem? I am attaching a picture of what I think is wrong

Is that penetration on the suction side of your system?

If you call HASA they will send new parts at no charge.

Does anyone know the exact size of that fitting in both ends? Home depot has a bunch of nylon barb fittings that may be do trick.
