Just wanted to share the result of managing a pool on my own using TFP methods learned here.
Everything is in balance except CYA, but thats going down gradually with water replacements.
This water was in really bad condition when I bought the place 9 months ago.
It looked ok but all the test results were way out of bounds except chlorine & TA.
