I now own majority stock in clorox and my pool still hasn't cleared up I need answers

why dont you just come south about 2.5 hrs south and help a poor sole out!!!!
However I have just added some cya to pool so I am not too sure on test results for the cya
or any othe other for that matter just know that my chlorine level is at 17 this morning before coming to work.
And my regeants are depleted for test cya but I will get the other results when I get home and post them.

It took a good two weeks and alot of bleach, but it's clear now. I only have a 5500 gallon above ground, and mine still took alot of bleach. Depending on your CYA, you may need in excess of 25 ppm to bring to shock. Once it is at shock level, keep testing it and keep it there. Also, make sure your filter is clean. I couldn't see 6 inches into my water when I started, and I had bugs and all kinds of critters in there. The two most important ingredients are bleach and patience!

When it comes down to a lot of frustration and tons of bleach ... do what I did. Drain and refill. Glad I did.
