I have a raised wall with 3 deck jets on top. I noticed water seeping through the back of the wall behind the jets. Pool builder popped holes to drain and told me the stucco guy plastered over the holes. I don't remember seeing holes when the wall was poured or when the jets were installed. It sounds odd that they should need a drain at all and even odder that they would just be allowed to drain into the concrete. Any advice would be most appreciated as I don't want to make the final payment until I am confortable the jets are correct.

Sounds odd, but I don't know how they are usually made, and not sure from the description. I will say, so not make the final payment until you are happy it's done right.
