SWG and CYA level

I have a Goldline Aquarite system and the manual says the CYA should be between 60-80 with 80 being ideal. My current CYA level is 35 and other numbers are perfect. No algea and crystal clear water. I'm just curious if I should raise my CYA levels to what is in the Aqualine manual or keep it where I have it as long as I don't have any problems.

Thanks waterbear. I'll head up to the pool store and get some CYA tomorrow. I know I should trust my own test vs. the pool store. Last month my own test was showing a CYA level of around 50, but the pool store said it was closer to 90.
