Hayward MaxFlo VS starts and remains in prime mode

Hi, if you are in Venice, CA please call 866-429-7665 otherwise call 908-355-7995. Have you completely removed power and re-energized. If this does not solve the problem call the numbers listed or the dealer you bought this from for warranty.

I thought this was a new pump. Not sure if it is under warranty. Call the numbers for help or private message your phone number and someone will call you. This sounds like a drive problem that can be replaced without buying a whole new pump.
