rippled liner

Ike left our pool a mess, but got it cleared up quickly thanks to what I've learned here.
Somehow we ended up with a ripple in the liner down the center of the pool that sticks up about 3/8" which the vacume can't hardly cross over and collects dirt ect.
Is there a easy way to get the liner flattened back out?

Thanks for the links, I'll be trying that for sure.

Looks like a leak in the liner may be the cause of the wrinkle. It took a while but we've got water showing up in a few spots around the pool.
