pool circulation during a SLAM

Hi, started SLAMMING (LOL) the pool yesterday and was wondering: will running the Polaris 165 sweeper slow down the circulation process?
Started using the Polaris and when it swept the bottom of visible debris, water turned cloudy, hence algae. Getting clearer but just curious.

There is no circulation issue with using the cleaner, in fact it may help. But at the higher FC levels, it is a little more harsh on the cleaner.
