New pump help

I had start up yesterday on my new pool and everything was fine until yesterday evening when the pump started making a loud noise. It hasn't stopped since. When the pump is running at higher Rpms it drowns out the noise slightly but at low rpm it is nasty sounding. Any ideas what it is? I videoed the noise here.

Pb is sending someone out Monday but if it's something simple I don't mind trying to take care of it. This is a pentair intelliflo 3 hp vs pump.

I can't listen to the video right now. But, last weekend my pump (same one) was making a racket. Turned out to be a snail under the rear cover in the fan.

Pb thinks something go to impeller. They are going to fix Monday.
