Im in arizona to the CH test maybe just what it is, after i filled it it was at 375, had to add stabilzer, acid, etc. Now to the questions. I should raise my chlorine and i was looking at lowering my acid to the middle of the range but then I read with high CH then the acid should be in the 7.8?

Yes, bring he FC up. You will loose some to the sun each day and 4 is the absolute minimum you should have with CYA 50.

As you suspect, keep the pH a little higher with the high CH

yesterday night it was ch was at 5 or 4.5 dont remember off hand. Also worth mentioning is CSI is .38 with a recomneded .18 dont know if that's good or bad.

With high CH, you need to keep the pH a little LOWER.

Yours is really not high enough yet to worry about that though.

Sure. Check the CSI, anything within +/- 0.6 is fine.
