cleaning inflatables

...not sure if this is the right place to ask, but...

Several of our inflatable poll toys are looking pretty gross. :-/ I'm not sure if it's just dirt, mildew, or algae.
How should I clean them before storing them for the winter :?:
I'm guessing a bleach solution, but I don't know how strong to mix it. I'd be interested to hear what others have done.

I throw them away and buy new ones next spring. I take each grandkid to the pool store or WalMart were they can pick out the ones they want.

It's even cheaper to buy new ones NOW and leave them in the packages until next spring. Walmart, Target, etc. have their pool toys on clearance right now to make way for the Christmas stuff. 8)
