Need help identifying my sand filter

Hello Everyone,
I am a new member to this site and this is the first year I'll be using the TFP
method. I'm in need of some assistance. I just bought a home last year with an
11,000 gallon in ground pool. Unsure of the build date or the date of any of the
equipment. So far I've been able to identify that I have a hayward super pump,
with stripped threads that I'm replacing. While the pump is down I would like to
replace the gasket under my multiport as there is a decent leak there, but I'm
unsure as to what brand or model filter I have. It appears to be faded black in
color. It is fiberglass and what's left of the label identifies it as
Pac Fab Incorporated which from research I know makes equipment for pentair
though I haven't located a model that looks like it. Diameter is about 24
inches. Any help is appreciated.

It's either a Tagelus TA-60 or a Sand Dollar SD-60, with a 262506 multiport valve. You can buy a Go-Kit-364 O-ring kit which has all the O-rings for that filter. They also make a clamp kit which includes the clamp and O-ring.
