Hi gang! Long time no read, been busy with winter activities, Family and Fireworks. Getting ready to open the pool for our 3rd season and found what I believe(hopefully) to be a great score. I purchased a Raypak 2100 heater and a Hayward ProGrid De4820 with Snyder valve for $125.00!

The catch you ask? It has been in the former owners garage for a few years. He had a family member ill and just never opened the pool for a few years, then had it removed and the equipment sat in his temperature controlled garage until today. Both were purchased new and professionally installed in Aug 2006.

What are your thoughts on where to start? The heater will be switched to propane or just turned into a wood burning heater.

Never dealt with DE so I'll read on here but want advice as its sat for years dry and unused.
Thank in advance
Ron
