New home renter, what chlorinator do I have?

This is the first house I've rented with a pool and my realtor (who is also the home owner) knows nothing about the pool in this rental and the chlorinator lid is leaking. I want to make sure I buy the right O-Ring as the previous pool man put the wrong kind in there and the lid is still leaking. It's making life miserable every time I want to add some more chlorine tablets.

That looks like a power clean ultra chlorinator

You might also try applying some silicone lube to the current o-ring, assuming it's not cracked or broken. The silicone lube can be bought at any pool store as well as most hardware stores.
