Hayward power-flo matrix noises

Hi everyone!

I finally got my pump hooked up to the green lagoon to get the water circulating. This is only our second season with the pool, and I feel like the pump is louder this year than it was last year. This could be my brain playing tricks on me, but I wanted to check with you guys.

Here is a YouTube video. Everything seems to be working fine with the pump. Suction is good and filter pressure is good.

That sound is more or less normal, assuming the video is an accurate portrayal.

From what I hear, it sounds like mine buuuutttttt, I can't really tell how loud it is. Clean the skimmer basket and make sure it's level and not vibrating.
