Getting ready for winter

I am new to this forum and must say I'm pretty impressed with it.
I have a new inground pool and would like to know if I should disassemble everything and put the components in the shed. I have 2 pumps (1 for a swim out area) salt gen., Hayward DE filter with multiport valve. Also have a Heat pump which I will cover. Guess I really need to know if the filter gets put away

The filter can be drained and covered or moved inside. As long as it has been properly drained it will be fine outside, but if it is easy to move then you might as well bring it in.
