I'm told these are Waterway fittings and are schedule 40 suitable for pool pressure but they look like drain fittings....Anyone know for sure??

PVC Pipe Fitting, 90 Degree 2" Sweep Elbow 411-9130

Thanks, Bob

These were used on my pool by a reputable builder in my area. Make sure they are actually Waterways. I bought a six pack off Amazon that used the same part number, but appeared to be cheap knock-offs. A couple leaked so I stopped using them.

The part number came from an older Waterway catalogue. I used that number and I was directed to Amazon. I’ll look somewhere else. I just thought they’d be a nice addition at the pad and at the pool end after the 3-way valves. Both the equipment pad and the pool end are a little bendy.....

Did you verify the actual part number stamped on the fitting?

The socket depth for schedule 40 is about 1.3" deep.
I have not, but I will verify before I order...
I didn’t see them in the latest Waterway catalogue, 2020. That may be why the part number is the same even if they’re knock-offs
