New pool guy here.. Advice on pool equipment please

Hello...
I am new to pools and this site. We bought a AG 20000 gal 30'x54 resin pool from the Pool Factory and are in the process of selecting the varies equipment for it. I am looking for advice to hopefully avoid any pitfalls down the road. We live in Texas on the Gulfcoast it get pretty hot here in the summer time. Here is the equipment we have picked out, please give me any feedback on under/over sized or just plain out wrong for my size pool.
Pentair 342000 Superflo Vs pump and variable speed motor
Hayward C3030 Cartridge filter 325 sq.ft.
Hayward Aquarite with 40k cell

Those look like good equipment choices to me

You could also consider the Hayward Max Flo VS pump ... if you wanted to stay all Hayward or if there was some warranty reason to keep them all the same.
