Hello All, does anyone have experience with building a pool in the City of Los Angeles? I'm trying to figure out what the rules/limitations are, if any, around equipment location and property line setbacks. Ideally, I'd like to place my pool equipment in my back corner, right up against the fence. I wondering if this is possible and if I would require any additional permits or permission from my neighbors. Any insight on this matter would be appreciated.
