Pool Stain????

Our pool from the beginning has a very mottled appearance. Out pool builder has decided to use a new product on our pool by Increte to stain the pool finish to make it more uniform. I cannot find anything on the internet about this new product. Anyone heard of it???

No, this is the first I have heard but others here may know about it.

I don't see a mention of any product for interior pool use on their website...but if it's new that could make sense. I'd be very skeptical though. Liquid products for pool surfaces have few fans here based on experience.
