It's been a little over 4 weeks since my new plaster. Is it ok to use the automatic vacuum now? Also, I am now brushing every other day instead of daily. Is that ok, or should I do daily for a week or two longer? THANKS

I think you should be ok using your robot now.
Are you still getting plaster dust when you brush? If you get what you think is a good bit of dust, then I would say brush every day until it decreases, then every other day after that until there isnt any more dust that brushes off.
Its a lot of brushing I know, but for the sake of your plaster, dont quit brushing too soon.
