How to repaint?

I am new on here and I need to repaint the concrete bottom of the pool (the old paint is flaking off)
The pool is app. 40x28 concrete bottom with fiberglass sides. Kidney shaped.
Any info would be greatly appreciated, Thanks

I have done some research and found that epoxy will last the longest and zeron by olympic only requires one coat.

Be sure to follow the directions for the paint! There are requirements for pool paint that MUST be followed - or you'll have peeling paint within a couple of years ale:
