Pentair Intellitouch - Problems with Indoor Controller

I have a Pentair Intellitouch and the Indoor controller is unresponsive. Has anyone else experienced this?

I started a new thread for your post as it was originally posted to an old thread. Since posts to older threads are less likely to get answered, moving it to a new thread will increase the likelihood of getting responses. How does one reset the system? I've hit the reset button on the main panel... the 1 and 7 buttons flash alternately but that is about it. Can you walk me through it? I have only one panel (no expansion load centers). thanks

The most common problem is the wire running to the indoor panel getting disconnected or cut. Check the connections at both ends, and to the extent possible trace along the wire run and see if there are any cuts or deep nicks.
