All prepped and ready for the finish. We chose Marbletite Marquis Panama, a quartz finish.
On the day the finish was scheduled to be applied... 6" of rain. Rain non-stop for the whole next week.

Spa is almost full and the pool is past my knees. BTW it was right after an acid wash prep.

That sure is a lot of WetEdge product. I wonder if maybe they are just using WetEdge plaster base???

They say they are doing a pool other than mine... hmmm...
 
Well it turns out that the Pool Finish installers screwed up and applied WetEdge Pacific Luna Quartz, a product my PB isn't even authorized to sell!!!

For safety reasons we have to get water in the pool and figure it out later. So 24 hours and 3 hoses later...

it looked green which I expected (love this forum), but how is this lighter color gonna look. This is NOT what we planned for.
2 days later the start up guy added 5 gal of acid and in a matter of hours...
