Pool/Landscape Designers in Phoenix Area

We are planning our backyard to include a pool, gazebo, and fireplace. Our yard has some tricky slope issues and I am not comfortable designing the pool on my own. I have contacted a few landscape/pool designers but they have all told me they are design-build firms and do not just create plans for my use. I want a designer to put a design together that I can have rights to so I can do all the permitting and subcontract soliciting on my own to see what kind of savings I may be able to get by doing owner/build.

Does anyone have any contacts for someone who does this type of design?
