Jandy Aquapure SWG Error 123

Hello all -

I think some folks here have seen this recurring problem of error 123 on Jandy Aquapures. ANy help on cause and how to fix would be appreciated. The unit is 3 years old and has never worked properly (sporadic on delivering cl) due to this recurirng error.

There is a recall on the circuit board in the Purelink control.

Error 123 is low voltage to cell.

It's the "back" circuit board.

Call Jandy and they should know about this.

I just did this repair last night on my 2 year old unit(Aquapure 1400). I bought a "back" pcb board off the internet for about $120 and swapped the boards out. Pretty simple and it did cure the problem. In my case, the error message was sporadic but switching the boards seems to have worked so far. I'm going to try and get Jandy to give me a new board since I too have seen the reports of recalls for boards installed in 2006.
