Over the last 2 days my automatic temperature control for freezing temperatures has not kicked on. I have it set at 34 degrees. It is a Tork single dial unit for an 18k salt water pool. Is there any trouble shooting I can do. It does come on automatically at it's scheduled time.. Seems the temperature control is not working...I am in Charlotte, NC

It really hasnt gotten cold enough (long enough) in the past few days for the freeze protect to come on with some systems. Im not very familiar with the tork systems. I do not think they have a sensor you can test in ice. Someone may have a little more info on these systems. I have a service company (in charlotte) and have gotten a handful of calls that freeze protection is not working (but they are) just not cold long enough to activate it. Have you seen it come on in the past
