Aqua Rite PN:066012c-1 Display Reads Zero??????? Help

I have a PN:066012c-1 control board the display read 0 chlorine generation, Pool temp 71, cell voltage 32.2, cell current 0, Desired output 100P, Salinity 0, Product name AL-0, software revision r1.40 if I unplug the cell the reading is the same. Is the cell defective?[/SIZE][/SIZE][/B][/SIZE]

Try turning the switch to off for about 5 minutes and then move the switch back to auto. Wait until you hear a click and then wait 30 seconds and then scroll through the diagnostics.
