Help with Riveria pop-up system parts

Hello, I purchased a pool from Riviera (who went out of business 1 month after my pool was built) that included its proprietary pop-up system. After some research, I'm pretty sure that it is really a Polaris Caretaker pop-up system. The casing on the top portion sprung a leak, when can I get a new outside for this? I tried to glue and silicone the leak but it didn't work.
