It's amazing how the PH stabilizes when you don't run the swg, everything running the same except the swg...

Yes, the SWG aerates a lot with the hydrogen gas bubbles and if you have short pipe runs you may have chlorine gas bubbles that are outgassing before getting fully dissolved. Do you have a short pipe run between the SWG and the first return in your pool? If so, you might consider pointing the return more downwards (next year when you use the SWG again) though that will reduce surface movement to the skimmer.

Would it be better to relocate the swg to just after the jva, or leave it alone?
The red ball valve is a bubbler, the other to pool, splits at jva to spa water fall, I installed the swg there to replace tablet chlorinator

It is certainly simpler the leave the SWG where it is. In an ideal world you don't want it feeding the bubbler, but in practice that is only a very minor issue. If you have an automation system that knows how to control the SWG, there are some very minor advantages to placing it before the JVA (so it feeds both pool and spa) but there doesn't look to be room there, and again the advantage is very minor.

The water flows to pool and spa from swg, but in spa mode only no chlorination , it would over chlorinate according to AutoPilot. That jva is 3 port which right now its feeding spa & pool.
