The motor on mine doesn't spin at all. If I disconnect the leads to the motor, I get a 24vac signal to them upon pool startup. However, when I connect the leads to the motor, I can't register any voltage when the pool starts up. I'm guessing the motor is shorted. Any other ideas?

have you checked your pressure switch? a quick test is to disconnect the wire from the pcb, then wire in a jumper wire into the pcb, then switch on pump to see if it switches on.
