Need Help! Pool Heater Location (close to crawl space vent...)

I planning to relocate the pool heater to my side yard, I can make sure the exhaust is 4 feet (vertical/horizontal away) from the window edges. But I have a crawl space vent nearby (1 feet away). Is that okay? The crawl space vent is not for furnace air intake. I have a external combo air-con/heater sitting far away from the pool heater. Thanks for the feedback!

You cannot locate a pool heater within 4 feet of the opening to a living structure. Now how your building inspector reads that is an open question. I would call the city and ask. You are requered to get a permit for this work so it may help to ask first.
