Pool cover on intermittently during Slam process?

Hi there,

We're in the process of SLAMing our pool, but need to leave the it unattended during the day. Is it ok to have our automatic pool cover on during the day? Will this affect this process? We're trying to keep the pool open to air out as much as we can when we're home.

I don't see a problem with it. It'll help to keep the sun from burning off your FC. When your home open it up to let it air out like you said. ?
