Salt= low at 1100
Calcium hardness= 75
Cyanuric acid=20
Total alk=40

Having trouble getting my water back to clear after a algae out break.... I used htp green to blue which is a algae dissolver .... Have back washed and rinsed my pump so much I had to add some water.... The water is cloudy!. Checked my water #'s and the only thing out of range is chlorine of 5 after adding 2 days ago.... I also had my water checked at the pool store and added 11lb of alkalinity up and 14oz of phons free.

Bought my pool n July now it's winning!

Ive certainly seen them worser than that.
Your cya and ta is a little low. Of course you have to keep FC in there (see the link in #2).
1) You need to SLAM the pool. http://www.troublefreepool.com/content/125-slam-shock-level-and-maintain-shockingl
2) Keep your FC at 10ppm http://www.troublefreepool.com/content/128-chlorine-cya-chart-slam-shock
You'll probably have to check it about every hour if it wont stay in there. Eventually it will get to where it stays longer and longer.
3) Keep your pump and filter going. It could take a week to clear up the cloudiness.

If you do these then it will clear up. In the meantime you could read pool school or you will be right back in the same shape. http://www.troublefreepool.com/content/
If you dont understand things in pool school then there are people on the forum that will help you understand.

Im guessing your pool is about 12,000 gallons, so you can use 4 LBS Dichlor (99% - 56%available chlorine) for chlorine and it will raise your cya to a total of 40ppm.

Dont use any more than that. Switch over to bleach or liquid chlorine for your chlorine.

My TA holds pH steady at 80ppm. All pools are not the same. If you pH is dropping (going acid) instead of holding steady or climbing then you need to add baking soda to increase the TA. How much just depends on your pool. I would guess you need at least 70ppm. If your using trichlor pucks for some reason, then you will probably need 100ppm since they are acid.

You dont need anything else at this point. Stay out of the pool store.

Awsome.... Thank u so much my ph has been holding steady but like u said my chlorine keeps going out..... I have a saltwater pool and my salt level stays really low I have added a total of 150#'s this summer and it's barely moved from 1000-1100 could that be why my chlorine stays low to Nill?
