SWG Serial Number

I'm sure I'm missing it on this forum, but I can't seem to find the breakdown of the T-Cell serial number. Mine says *3E12195-200436.

Does this mean it has a 3-year warranty and it was manufactured in 2012?

Looks like mine is going TU, so it's time to find an authorized dealer and get a new one. Wonder if it'll be pro-rated? Hmmm...
