Removing railing: how do I fill the anchor holes in the concrete deck?

Our pool is over 50 years old, and has this wrought iron railing around it. We recently had to take down a huge, hundred-year-old oak tree, and in the process one of the rails was knocked over. We had contemplated removing them anyway, so that's what were doing. My question is this: With what should I fill the anchor holes to avoid problems like water collecting in the holes and freezing in the winter? My photos are apparently too large to attach, but hopefully that's enough information. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Put the photos in photobucket and link them.

I'd need to see your deck and what we are trying to fill here. Generally you would want some simple cement patching material. But best to see what you have so we can be more helpful.
