Solar pool collectors leaking?

I have 5 techno solis pool collector panels I bought used.
one of the collectors is leaking at the seam of the header.
These panels are similar to heliocol.as they are rigid panels. Not the loose rubbery ones.
Is there an easy fix with a marine type cement or compound?
Any suggestions?

I can not see in your picture where it is leaking; but, I think there have been a few members who have successfully plastic welded leaks.

I have helicol panels which are not rigid and have individual little tubes. For the few leaks I had, I just cut the single tube and shove a plug into them. I am not sure how you fix these more rigid panels. Perhaps Isaac might have a better idea.

I feel like I may have seen a thread discussing this previously, but will leave the searching to you

No adhesive that I have ever seen sticks to polyethylene.

There have been a few people that have successfully managed to repair this type of panel using plastic welding techniques and sacrificial shavings from the edge of a panel or from a bad panel.
