fixed impeller now pump leaks where could it possibly be coming from?

So fixed the impeller screw coming out by buying new impeller and screw it does't come out anymore. Now pool pump leaks. Somewhere between 1 and 2 when I fill up to start it up it starts leaking. Never leaked before is there a seal between them? or is it the pump itself that's leaking? Thanks this is beyond aggravating in the last week this is the 3rd thing that has gone wrong with this pump.

Did you change the seal? With that type of problem is was likely damaged at some point.

OK ordered it thank you so much hope it fixes the problem finally

Changed seal still leaking, made sure it was installed good and put magic lube all over the rubber parts. What else could be leaking?

Any of the o-rings damaged/improperly seated?

Not that I could tell pulled it apart again just to be sure, made sure the top piece went into the bottom piece but beyond that not sure.

Sometimes there can be hairline cracks in the housing but they are difficult to find.
