Can anyone help me trouble shoot a water flow issue with my pool. When I turn my waterfall on my salt chlorinater tells me that there is no water flow. When not running water feature there is no issue.

Really hard to tell from those pictures, does the 3way valve bypass the swg for the water feature?

I can't tell from the pics but, it seems likely that that the plumbing to the water feature diverts too much water from the SWCG. If this is not normally a problem then your filters probably need to be cleaned to increase available water flow.

It was not a problem for the first year just started acting up last month. Might be a filter issue because when I clean it it works fine for a few days and then start acting back up. How often should I be replacing my filter?
Does your water feature run at a much slower speed then the filtration/cleaning runs on?
Filters do get slightly less efficient as they get older. Requiring a little higher speed for the same flow as you had when new.

I answered your filter cleaning question on your other thread. I haven't replaced my filters in 3 pool seasons I clean once in spring and once in fall. But, if algae gets away from you then you'll have to clean every few weeks until you get all the algae killed.
