t cell question. anyone....please

I was wondering if you can just replace the housing? Cell still works but has a crack in the housing causing it to leak a bit. I used epoxy and it worked for months but starting to drip again.

I don't know anyway to replace just the housing. How did it get cracked, and where is the crack. Pictures would help.
