Need a new pressure side cleaner

My very old cleaner has finally died. In looking for a new cleaner I am focusing on Polaris. Because I plan on staying in the house for a while I am lean towards the 3900 sport. Thoughts?

Also, the booster pump still works but is older (~15 years old). Is there any advantage or reason to replace it with a new Polaris PB4-60?

Most all of the current technology has moved away from pressure sides and gone into robots. The robots just seem to offer enough advantages to make the "favorite" cleaners.
