I was wondering if you can just replace the housing? Cell still works but has a crack in the housing causing it to leak a bit. I used epoxy and it worked for months but starting to drip again.

They are not serviceable. Although there is one company out there that actually does reuse the housing and puts new plates in them, not sure how the accomplish this since the housings are plastic welded shut.
