Success at last

I have finally got my readings in the goals set by pool math. I am using 8% bleach. My current readings are:

FC 5
CC.5
TA 100
CYA 30
PH 7.4

I still get a brown/ black buildup in the center of the pool. It seems like its debris rather than algae. Doing an overnight test tonight to make sure there is no organically present. Is this normal? Property is surrounded by pine, oak, maple, evergreens and dogwoods and two crepe myrtle bushes.

My thanks to TFPC and my new TF100 kit for putting me on the right track. My pool is crystal clear.

If you have tried to vacuum it up before and it comes back, get your vac all ready and set your 7 way valve to pump to waste and vacuum it up quickly. Wait about 30 seconds to make sure its ejected out the waste port before shutting off pump and setting to normal filtration.
